I would suggest adding 2 tbsp of vanilla extract with the eggs and baking soda. And instead of 2 cups of white flour, combine 1 cup of white flour with 1 cup of (brown) whole wheat flour. <BR/><BR/>My wife and I lovingly refer to these as baraffles after our newly elected president.
