Just Another Day

Well folks we thought we were re-opening the cafe tomorrow, but it looks as though we will remain closed one more day so that we may attend a memorial service for my uncle Jim. In loving memory:

    Your Uncle Jimmy and my Dad, Gerson Goldsmith were best childhood friends, born in the same year. Our families have been friends, according to Jim, 140 years. My grandparents were best friends with your great grandparents, Dorothy and Sylvan. Isn't that cool? I own Boreas B&B Inn in Long Beach, WA www.boreainn.com, and I used to see Jim frequently til the last few years. Hi to your folks!! Many condolences on the loss of your Uncle Jim.
