I am feeling good after getting the opportunity to spend a couple hours working with Ray this afternoon. We made some great progress tasting various drinks until I finally consumed too much espresso, thus rendering my taste buds useless.

Thanks to Tim for coming by and allowing us to repeatedly fill his willing mouth with hot milky liquids. Seriously though, his presence at the cafe was immensely appreciated.
