The Little Red Trailer?Well, we're not exactly sure what we have in store for this food cart but when our friend Tracy informed us she was selling it, we knew we had to have it. We immediately thought summertime, homemade pies, fresh squeezed lemon and limeade served in mason jars, and of course our personal favorite, our ice cream in double scoops served in fresh waffle cones for your licking and slurping pleasure.

Ya, how 'bout equipping it with a nice plasma, whirlpool bath, nice sound system, 2 big plush pillows, and turning it in to a more fitting place for Zeus and Caesar to hang out vs "The Dungeon"?
totally selfish dream: LRBC extension serving food at, oh, about albina and alberta. (down side: when nice weather gets here we wont have a reason to bike to lombard.)
just when you think it can't get any better! my totally selfish dream is similar to mumonkan, but in SE so I can bike to it! I'm still a new biker and live almost as far out as Gresham, but I'd bike anywhere in SE for LRBC. :) maybe you can rotate days in each quadrant.
I think there's a slot open at se hawthorne and 12th there, next to the wings and taco cart.

Thanks so much for all of your ideas and interest. For now, we are just working on getting the cart out of the parking lot in which it sits. Rest assured that we will document any exciting news related to our progress.
