A Few Brunch Highlights

Carrot Cake
with candied carrot and macadamia nuts

with coconut cream cheese frosting

i asked on twitter, but to be thorough, did you ever find root beer extract? i came across it at my local grocery store...

I did indeed. And it was a beautiful, beautiful thing.

Since its incarnation the salad has been popular. The jam on the french toast was so popular I was asked by some customers to jar it.

i saw it at my local albertsons in tigard. if you cannot find it closer in, comment and i can bring some to the cafe (i make my way over whenever possible) :)
