Or rather, the art of making something out of nothing. We walk in and after ten minutes of pleasant, uncluttered, mouth-watering, and completely unobtrusive shopping we have a simple but elegant dinner to prepare in our own home.

on a bed of shitake mushrooms and kale in a smoked tomato sauce, topped with toasted walnuts
