What's For Dinner...

PB & J

With Evan at a meeting, I am fending for myself tonight. But this PB&J is anything but normal when you make it on Dave's Good Seed, toasted, with natural peanut-butter and homemade cherry jam. In fact, to be perfectly honest, I've eaten these for both breakfast and dinner today and am feeling mighty fine about it. For an extra treat I like adding sliced bananas.

It should also be mentioned that the sandwich course was followed by two spoonfuls of Paradigm's Deep Dark Haute Fudge straight from the jar. This stuff is locally made with quality ingredients like Madagascar vanilla, and I'm addicted to this as well as the raspberry flavor and Irish cream flavors. Seriously good stuff all by itself, stirred into coffee, or served warm over ice cream.

If I could have only one food, it might well be toasted pbj. I'm partial to homemade huckleberry jam or blood orange marmalade.
