Ice Cream Fit For A Waffle

the cornerstone of any nutritious breakfast

Its fall time here in the great Pacific Northwest, which means a lot of things:

Its harvest time, an election is right around the corner, the days are getting shorter, and the weather is just about perfect for waffles. What's better than a fresh waffle? How about a fresh waffle wrapped around LRBC ice cream?

Yes its that time of year again folks, our friend David from the Flavourspot has dusted off the old apple peeler and is busy making his famous apple crisp. And just like last year David has ordered a special batch of our Cinnamon Toast ice cream to pair alongside his delicious seasonal treat. The Cinnamon Toast ice cream is a favorite of David's, which shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone because that particular ice cream is downright delicious. The ice cream tastes similar to milk that has been saturated with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. But that's not all, the ice cream is filled with actual pieces of cinnamon toast, which actually stay crunchy for the first few days after the ice cream is churned!

So if you're in the mood for something sweet, that's only available once a year, head over to David's North Mississippi location to taste what happens when the Little Red Bike Cafe and Flavourspot team up. But don't wait too long, because if this year is anything like last year the ice cream special won't last long.
